Your maintenance history stays close to home.
The application is designed to function offline. It does not require users to create an account or sign in for core features, and it does not intentionally transmit locally stored asset, repair, warranty or maintenance records to developer servers.
Built for useful records without mandatory cloud storage.
FixLedger uses local application storage, including an on-device database, to maintain user-created records. Appearance and country-based currency formatting preferences may also be stored locally.
Records generally remain until edited or deleted, app data is cleared, or the application is uninstalled.
FixLedger relies on Android application storage protections and platform security mechanisms, while users are encouraged to secure their devices.
Move files only when you decide to.
FixLedger provides local backup, restore and CSV export functionality. Exported or backup files may contain user-entered asset, repair, maintenance and financial records, so users remain responsible for protecting files saved outside the app.
Start an export
The user initiates the backup, restore or CSV export action.
Pick the destination
Android system file features let users choose files or save destinations without broad storage access.
Protect saved copies
Files saved outside private app storage may remain after app data is deleted or the app is uninstalled.
Bring records back
Supported records can be restored from backup files selected by the user.
Focused access, visible choices.
The described core functionality does not require camera, microphone, contacts, precise location or background location access. Android file-selection and document-creation features are used for user-initiated file operations.
